The government announced on April 26th that the current school closure will extend until at least May 31st. We all have many questions about what will happen for the rest of the school year and we will have to pay attention to the media to keep us informed.
However, we are still working on plans to organize our school for the 2020 / 2021 school year. Organizing students into class groupings is an important and time consuming task. Teachers and school administrators work in collaboration to create class groupings and consider many different factors such as: compatibility, number of girls and boys, variety of learning styles, etc.
If parents have requests about their child’s placement for the 20/21 school year it is important that they are shared in writing with Mr. Waddell. All request will be considered, however it is important to note that not all requests may be granted.
